Make sure you are ingesting enough protein, and watch your portions when it comes to diet. A lot of vegetarians actually have a pretty bad diet. Just because they aren’t eating meat it doesn’t mean they are eating healthy by any means. I know plenty of vegetarians with sloppy, soft bodies. So make sure you are getting what you need, and the amounts you need.

Have you ever tried circuit training? Different things work for different people but it’s a good way to get an intense workout that is always interesting. The workouts tend to target the core as well. I have had the best results with circuit training. You can tailor it to match what you want from a workout as well. EG I do it to build muscle, but my girlfriend does it to tone.

Swimming is great as anwayne said. You can’t go wrong there.

Other than that, drink tons of water and keep active. Walk instead of driving when you can etc.
