The stretching of the forehead will not occur from a strip excision so don’t worry about that. Most older men would love to see the brow pull up (like a brow lift) that would make the creases go away. but it does not happen.
I always tell my patients if they get the value of either a brow lift or a face lift from strip surgery, please send me the value of that surgery (about $5,000). Since no one ever sent that to me, I must assume that it never happens (it really does not happen at all).
In conclusion: Your forehead will not change after a strip surgery.
